Royal canine
Ingredients: Dehydrated poultry meat, wheat flour, maize flour, maize, wheat, animal fats, hydrolysed animal proteins, dehydrated pork protein, beet pulp, fish oil, soya oil, yeasts, minerals, yeast extract (source of manno-oligo-saccharides), egg powder.
Hills Science plan
with Beef (minimum 14 %): Ground maize, beef and pork greaves meal, chicken and turkey meal, animal fat, digest, vegetable oil, potassium citrate, flaxseed, calcium carbonate, salt, L-lysine hydrochloride, potassium chloride, DL-methionine, L-tryptophan, L-threonine, vitamins and trace elements. Naturally preserved with mixed tocopherols, citric acid and rosemary extract.
both contain ingredients i try to avoid. I think they are over rated and expensive. I would use neither as thier are others half the price with the same qualities.

I am using Australian greyhound diet for my adult, and have started the pup on Australian greyhound puppy. Im not saying its any better than the other 2 mentioned but im pretty sure its at least a little better but at £15-20 per 15 kilos its done my dogs just fine.
Although in the winter when resting i tend to find another food with a lower protien content.

ive used it for 3 years+ no problems. I dont think my dogs are skinny even if others might. I dont find it a problem gaining weight on my dogs either, up it by 30 gr a day for 10 days and abbey will put on 2 pounds. I think all dogs are different but ive also heard others say i cant keep weight on my dogs with that.
